Shipping policy
Our terms of shipping are based on UK deliveries only. For delivery of any item outside of the UK, please contact us for information and pricing. Please note that in the case of International Deliveries, the receiver will be responsible for paying any import charges, taxes and duties that may apply.
Please note before placing Urgent orders that delivery days are not guaranteed by couriers as they can be adversely affected by the weather, traffic conditions and high demand. Therefore, we will not be held liable for late deliveries to time-sensitive requirements, exhibitions or shows.
For time sensitive deliveries we recommend the use of a direct delivery dedicated courier. The vehicle will collect from our factory and deliver to you at your choice of UK location, on your chosen day and time. Sufficient, reasonable and realistic time must be allowed for travel. Please contact us if you require this service so that we can provide a quote. We will then adjust your shipping cost accordingly.
Dispatch:
Dispatch is normally made within 2 days from receipt of your order (excluding bespoke items, items of a large volume depending on type, items with bespoke print, or items that specifically provide a lead-time on their listing – please see section below for terms of these items). However, we aim to dispatch orders of stock items the same day where possible, so long as that order is placed before 12noon Monday to Thursday. Our hours of operating for the purposes of packing and dispatching items are Monday to Thursday between 9am and 5pm and between 9am and 1pm on Fridays.
For Urgent delivery requests, please contact us to see if we can help. We recommend you contact us by email as our telephone is not always manned during busy times, however we will receive any messages left on our answer machine.
You may be contacted if there will be a delay in dispatch of your item.
All GB Domestic Parcels are sent Tracked by either Royal Mail or Courier.
Large or heavy display items, and large volumes of an item, may be delivered by Pallet. Pallet deliveries are made to curb side only. Please ensure you have people on-site to unload the pallet. Pallet deliveries may take 2 – 5 days after production of your order.
Please ensure you will be available for parcel deliveries where possible. In most instances our couriers will require a signature, unless you have requested to leave the goods with a neighbour or in a safe place. We will not be held responsible for any failed delivery or lost items if you have opted out of receiving and signing for your parcel.
Please provide a contact name and number for couriers to receive updates.
Any orders placed out of normal working hours (ie, during the evening or weekend) will be actioned on the next working day.
GB Mainland Postage for Applicable Items that can be sent by Parcel:
GB Mainland services do NOT include Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles or Isle of Wight. Please enter your postcode at checkout for these locations to get a shipping price.
Where applicable GB shipping charges are based on sales value sub-total (including VAT) cost of items purchased, however, some items are priced on weight.
UK MAINLAND ECONOMY 2-3 DAYS based on sales value items:
Sales value £00.01 - £10.00 = £4.50 postage
Sales value £10.00 - £150.00 = £9.95 postage
Sales value £150.00 and over is free for many items to most GB Mainland addresses – please see shipping calculated at checkout for specific items. Please refer to our Free Shipping Terms below, which apply.
GB NEXT DAY 1-2 DAYS based on sales value items:
Sales value £00.01 - £10.00 = £10.00 postage
Sales value £10.00 - £150.00 = £20.00 postage
Sales value £150.00 + = £40.00 postage
Delivery days are not guaranteed by couriers. Therefore, we will not be held liable for late deliveries.
We will not accept liability for costs arising due to delayed or lost consignments. This is out of our control.
Next Day Deliveries:
If you need next day delivery (not including weekends or bank holidays), please select "Next day delivery" from the shipping drop down list. However, please note that Next Day Courier deliveries are NOT guaranteed. Weather, traffic or high demand can affect delivery dates.
We use Fed Ex, Parcelforce, DHL, Priority Express and Royal Mail where possible for our parcel deliveries, however this is not guaranteed.
Bulky items may need to go via pallet and may not be dispatched until the next working day. The delivery lead-time for pallets is typically 2 – 5 working days.
Smaller orders may go via post office and may not be dispatched the same day.
Free Shipping Terms:
Free shipping is available on some orders with a net goods value of £125 +VAT (£150 inc VAT) to GB mainland addresses only (not including Scottish Highlands or Islands or excluded postcodes. See below for more information).
Free Shipping is NOT applicable for Bespoke/Special Orders or for orders with Multiple Delivery locations.
Free Shipping excludes products which are subject to our Oversized Charge.
GB Postcodes that will Incur Additional Delivery Charges:
Our Couriers impose additional costs to deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Isle of Wight.
The following postcodes will incur additional shipping costs:
AB31-56, BT1-94, FK19-21, GY1-9, HS1-9, IM1-99, IV1-63, JE1-4, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-80, PH1-50, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE1-3
Bespoke Made, Printed, Large Volumes & Other Items not available for next day dispatch:
The following items will not be available for same or next day dispatch. These will be dispatched in accordance with the item listing or within 7 – 10 days where appropriate.
For very large volumes you will be advised of the lead time once you have placed your order. This list is not exhaustive and other items may apply.
- Items with bespoke print.
- Items printed with your images, text or logos.
- Bespoke made items.
- Items made to order.
- Special Items.
- Larger volume orders.
- Orders where new stock is imminently due and therefore stocks may currently be lower than the order placed, delaying dispatch.
We will endeavour to notify you of the dispatch date.
Large Items with Size Restrictions:
Flat Sheet Prints, Wall Mounted Light Boxes & Large Frame Items may have delivery size restrictions set by the couriers.
Flat sheet and items over 2m in length may need to be split.
We can offer larger flat sheets for printing, but these will be treated as a special order and will incur a minimum order cost and will require a dedicated vehicle for delivery (delivery estimated at £1.85 per loaded mile depending on location).
Where possible we can split the delivery for large lightboxes and send the unit in sections for assembly on delivery. Please contact us for information on delivery of your large lightbox orders.
We will pre-advise where possible when your order is placed.
Attempts & Re-Delivery:
If any delivery fails due to the addressee being closed or unavailable, the delivery company will normally re-attempt the next day. If the re-delivery fails then the consignment will either be held at the depot for collection or sent back to base. Re-delivery after this will be charged at the same rate as the first delivery attempt.
You will be liable for any costs imposed by couriers if Incorrect delivery information is provided at the time of order that results in the courier charging extra to re-assign the parcel and attempt a new delivery.
